On Sunday September 21st, community groups will be making part of Winnipeg truly car-free, by closing down Albert Street in the Exchange District to all motorized traffic for the afternoon. If you’ve ever wished that you could play street hockey downtown, challenge a stranger to a game of chess, or sit on a couch in the middle of a street, then this is the event for you.
