The 9th annual Commuter Challenge is a national sustainable transportation event to celebrate Environment Week. Green or active kilometres are compiled for each participating individual and organization.

Resource Conservation Manitoba (RCM) invites all Manitoba businesses and schools to join in a friendly competition to promote clean air commuting.

Participants will bike, walk, bus, carpool, and telecommute to work or school from June 1st to 7th to emphasize active and green means of commuting.

An orientation session for Workplace Coordinators was held on Thursday May 8th from 11:30 to 12:45 at Sport Manitoba, 200 Main Street (Main & York).
